Occupational Therapist
Nicole Santillo, MS OTR/L, is a board-certified occupational therapist with a passion for empowering individuals to live fuller, more independent lives. She strives to promote a patient-centered approach, blending evidence-based practice with compassionate care and tailoring every intervention to maximize functional independence.
She earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Lewis University in 2022. She first obtained a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science and a minor in Psychology from Winona State University in 2019. Nicole initially began working with the geriatric population and then transitioned to the pediatric setting.
She has always had a passion for helping others and loves monitoring the small changes that lead to big growth. Her favorite conditions to treat include anything fine motor-related (coordination to tie shoes, grip strength to manipulate self-care tools, handwriting, etc.).
Fun Fact: “I love playing video games, coloring, and cooking in my free time.”
