Carrie has over 15 years of leadership and patient account management experience.  Carrie’s philosophy of leadership and patient account management is informed by prioritizing building relationships and streamlining operational processes to deliver an excellent patient experience. Carrie believes that excellence in patient account management begins with having a relationship with stakeholders built upon mutual trust and is solidified through transparency in patient account management. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending time outside, jet skiing and four-wheeling, spending time on the Mississippi River, and spending time with her kiddo and her family. 

Carrie says, “I want all of my patients and caregivers to feel comfortable and to know that I am here to help them.”
