Arianna Summa
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Arianna Summa is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to helping children and families build meaningful skills that improve independence, communication, and overall quality of life. Arianna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Iowa in 2022 and her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a Certificate in Autism from Ball State University in 2025.
Before becoming a BCBA, Arianna worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for three years and also served as a Student Analyst, managing a supervised caseload during her graduate training. These experiences strengthened her skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivering compassionate, individualized care.
Arianna has experience working with children across a wide range of ages and skill levels, including those with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. Her clinical interests include early intervention, social communication skills, adaptive living skills, caregiver collaboration, and reducing challenging behaviors through compassionate, individualized treatment.
Arianna values building strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create supportive environments where children can thrive. Arianna believes that effective therapy should be both meaningful and engaging, focusing on skills that promote long‑term success across home, school, and community settings.
Outside of her professional work, Arianna enjoys practicing yoga, going on long walks, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
